Typhoon Rosita makes landfall in Isabela MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Rosita (Yutu) made landfall in Dinapigue, Isabela, at 4 am on Tuesday, October 30. In a bulletin issued 5 am on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Rosita is already in the vicinity of Dinapigue. It is still moving west at 20 kilometers per hour (km/h). The typhoon continues to have maximum winds of 150 km/h, but its gustiness increased from 185 km/h to 210 km/h.
